Return & Refund Policy

At Rubab's Hijab, most of our products are made to order and shipped internationally. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and clearly showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
